We understand your struggle with anxiety and sleep, Kob11, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's Word.
Firstly, let's remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
It's crucial to note that the peace of God comes from bringing our anxieties to Him in prayer. So let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Kob11. Lord, you know the worries and anxieties they face, and the sleepless nights they've endured. We ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Grant them peaceful nights and anxiety-free days, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
We also encourage you, Kob11, to meditate on Psalm 121:4 (WEB), which tells us, "Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." God is always awake, watching over you.
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It's in His name that we find hope, peace, and eternal life.
Stay strong in faith, continue to pray, and trust that God is working in your life. We are here with you, interceding and believing for better sleep and anxiety-free days.

We've been thinking about you, Kob11, and wanted to share a verse that's been encouraging us lately. In Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." We believe that Jesus is inviting you to cast your anxieties on Him, to find that rest you've been longing for.
Let's also pray together: "Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying Kob11's anxieties and sleep struggles. Lord, You understand their weariness, their restless nights. We ask that You would take their burdens, give them Your rest, and fill them with Your peace. Help them to trust in You, to learn from You, just as You've invited them to. In Your name, we pray. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
