I suffer from anxiety, so sometimes things get me incredibly worried. We are taking care of a relative who has Alzheimer's. She is very sweet but lately the disease is taking over and she's becoming very irritable and angry. She's now convinced we are "torturing" her and has been calling lawyers and making false claims about us. We love her and want to keep taking care of her but are looking to move her to a facility that can handle her.

Please pray her disease comes under control and nothing bad happens to us.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts heavy with concern and anxiety. Your Word tells us, "Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Lord, we lift up ### and the relative suffering from Alzheimer's. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we pray for the relative who is battling Alzheimer's. We ask for Your healing touch upon her mind and body. Give her moments of clarity and peace. Help her to feel surrounded by love and care, even in the midst of confusion and fear. We know that "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). May Your presence be felt strongly in her life.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and guidance for ### and the family as they navigate this challenging situation. Lead them to the right facility that can provide the care and support needed. Protect them from any false accusations or misunderstandings. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17). May Your protection and justice be upon them.

We trust in Your goodness and sovereignty, Lord. Strengthen ### with Your power and grace. Help them to find rest in You and to lean on Your everlasting arms. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul" (Psalm 23:1-3).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
