We are grateful to hear that you have experienced a reduction in anxiety and fear, and that your strength has been renewed. This is a testament to the power of prayer and the faithfulness of God. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus," Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Regarding your concern about forgetting some of the prayers you've been praying, we want to encourage you with these words from the Bible: "Likewise the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered," Romans 8:26 WEB. The Holy Spirit intercedes for us and helps us in our weaknesses, including when we don't know how to pray or forget our prayers.
It's important to remember that prayer is not about reciting specific words or phrases perfectly, but about communicating with God from our hearts. As it says in the Psalms, "Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. Selah," Psalm 62:8 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who has experienced a reduction in anxiety and fear. We thank You for the renewed strength You have given them. Lord, we ask that You continue to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to trust in You at all times, and to pour out their heart before You.
Father, we also ask that You remind them of the prayers they have forgotten, and help them to pray in alignment with Your will. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, who intercedes for us and helps us in our weaknesses.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to approach Your throne of grace. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Amen.
Continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Always remember that the name of Jesus is the only way that we can access God. It is only by His name that we can be saved.
