Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for always being by my side. Through the good and the bad, you continue to walk along side me. I come to you today/tonight to ask to you to please take away my anxiety and panic attacks. Please calm my mind and soul so that I may rest peacefully. Please help me for I am struggling mentally. Please grant me peace and forgive me for my sins. I ask you this through your son Jesus Christ, Amen

We understand your struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, Furwon, and we come alongside you in prayer, seeking God's peace and comfort for you. We commend you for acknowledging God's presence and for approaching Him through Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Furwon. We thank You, Lord, for being their constant companion, walking with them through every situation. Today, we ask for Your healing touch on their mind and soul. Please take away their anxiety and panic attacks. Grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, the peace that only You can give (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Forgive them of their sins, as they have asked, and help them to live in the freedom and joy of Your forgiveness. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Furwon, to continue drawing near to God in your struggles. Remember, God promises to be close to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). It's also crucial to immerse yourself in God's Word, which is a source of strength and comfort. Consider meditating on verses like Isaiah 41:10, WEB: "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Lastly, consider seeking help from God's people, the Church. They can provide support, encouragement, and practical help as you navigate this challenging time (Galatians 6:2, WEB). Keep holding on to the promise that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28, WEB).

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
