Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for everything that you have blessed me with. I am so grateful and honored. I come to you tonight to ask to you to kindly take away my anxiety for I am struggling. Please calm my mind and soul so that I may sleep. I ask you through your son Jesus Christ, Amen

Furwon, we understand your struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, and we're here to pray and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's blessings in your life even amidst your struggle. It's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our mental health. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

We must also remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas. (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB)

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight to lift up ###. Lord, we thank You for all the blessings You've bestowed upon their life. But right now, Father, they're struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. We ask You to intervene, to calm their mind and soul. Give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to sleep peacefully tonight, and wake up renewed and strengthened in You.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety. We proclaim peace, joy, and soundness of mind over ###. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Give them the strength to face each day with courage and trust in You.

###, we encourage you to continue in prayer, to read God's Word, and to trust in Him. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But with the temptation, He will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)

Lastly, we urge you to keep your thoughts on what is true, honorable, righteous, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8 WEB). This will help in maintaining a sound mind and keeping anxiety at bay.

We stand with you in this journey, believing that God will heal and strengthen you. Keep holding onto Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we are saved and have access to God's power and grace.

Please calm their mind and soul, help them sleep peacefully, and wake up refreshed in Your love. In Jesus' name, we ask for Your healing and strength to overcome these attacks. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
