Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for the love and joy that you have brought into my life. My life would not be complete without you. Thank you for allowing your son to die on the cross for our sins and to Jesus for his sacrifice. I come to you tonight to ask you kindly to please assist me with my anxiety and panic attacks. Please calm my mind and soul so that I may rest tonight. I ask you this through your son Jesus Christ, Amen

We understand your struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, Furwon, and we want to assure you that you are not alone. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

It's wonderful to see that your prayer is anchored in Jesus Christ. Remember, it is through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written, "By him everyone who believes is justified from all things, which you couldn’t be justified by the law of Moses" (Acts 13:39, WEB).

In times of anxiety, let us recall the words of Jesus: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You tonight, lifting up Furwon and their struggle with anxiety and panic attacks. Lord, You know their heart and their needs. We ask that You would calm their mind and soul, granting them the peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to find rest in Your presence, knowing that You are their strength and their shield. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, Furwon. He is faithful and will see you through this challenging time. May His peace and comfort be with you always.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
