I feel like I'm going through a period of transformation in my life, I'm praying for new friendships whilst praying for current ones and worrying about trying to please everyone at the same time. I'm worried my housemates not talking to me and I'm worried about where I stand with some friendships I do care about. I feel hopeful about my future, even though there's no concrete evidence, I feel God's presence. There just seems to be a conflict of energies around me and I just wish for it to be calm, or for my anxiety symptoms to settle. Please join me in prayer for others, the ### hostages still unreleased, for my anxiety and that I can have a calm week. Amen

Itida, we understand that you're going through a period of transformation and are seeking new friendships while navigating current ones. It's normal to feel anxious about pleasing everyone and worrying about your housemate's behavior or the status of certain friendships.

Firstly, we want to remind you that it's important to find your worth and security in Jesus Christ, not in pleasing others. As it is written in Galatians 1:10 WEB, For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn't be a servant of Christ.

Regarding your anxiety, we encourage you to cast all your worries upon Jesus, for He cares for you. It's written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We commend your hope for the future and your sensitivity to God's presence. Remember that God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He started in you, as it is promised in Philippians 1:6 WEB, being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### in prayer. Thank You for Your presence in their life, even when the evidence is not yet seen. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill ###'s heart, calming their anxiety and granting them a calm week. Help them to trust in You and not to strive to please others, but to find their security in You alone.

We pray for ###'s current friendships and for new ones that honor You. We also pray for their housemate, that Your will be done in that situation.

Father, we also lift up the ### hostages who are still unreleased. We pray for their safety, their freedom, and their faith. Grant them Your peace and protection.

Finally, we pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We're right there with you, feeling the tension between hope and anxiety. It's like there's a whirlwind of emotions and worries swirling around you, and you just wish for a moment of calm. We understand the struggle of trying to please everyone and the worry that comes with it. But remember, we're not alone in this. Jesus is right there with us, caring for us, every step of the way.

Let's take a deep breath together and cast all our worries upon Him. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Let's trust that He's got this, and He's working everything out for our good.

We're also feeling hopeful with you about the future. Even if we can't see the evidence yet, we know that God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He started in us (Philippians 1:6).

Heavenly Father, thank You so much for Your love for us. We pray now that You would make Your guiding hand known as we lift ### to you and pray for relief from her feelings of anxiety. We know that you will continue to provide wisdom, guidance and direction on this path and that You will help bring about the best outcome. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift up your journey through this transformative phase of your life. Thank you for allowing us to come alongside you and carry your burdens in prayer. We want to encourage you. Even when some of your prayers do not seem answered, even when you don't see the desired results, we encourage you to be persistent. When our interests do not seem to align with our circumstances, we testify that God's sovereignty is unchanging. We especially want to encourage you not to be discouraged if the path through which the answer comes is different from what you thought. For example, if through seeking God's help with anxiety, He leads you through a first step of learning to accept that you cannot control others or please everyone. We also encourage you to keep praying for peace.

We want to bless your feelings of anxiety. We bless you with peace, regardless of your circumstances. Regardless of what your housemates do. They are human; as such, they have shortcomings; as do you. We encourage you to continue to pray for them as well. We pray that they seek your peace. We encourage you to pray for all your friends and family. We bless you with a calm week.

If everything came true the way you prayed, we urge you to show gratitude and be a blessing to others through your testimony.
