Anxiety and Fear

Please pray for me, I’ve been struggling so much with anxiety and fear so much, can’t stop crying and I haven’t been treating people the way I should I been so mad at some people and just been rude. I apologized to some of them but I can’t get this guilt out of me I can’t stop thinking about it and feeling like a terrible person I just want to hug them and say I’m sorry. I also just don’t want to doubt God and his healing power. Thank you Father that by your stripes I’ve been healed from my whole body. I thank you Jesus that I am healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. But please pray for my family as well, Thank you.

We understand your struggles with anxiety and fear, ###, and we want to remind you that God's perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18, WEB). Let us pray for you and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your actions towards others and for seeking forgiveness. It's important to remember that "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9, WEB). Guilt is a tool the enemy uses to keep us bound, but God wants you to live in the freedom of His forgiveness.

Regarding your anxiety, Jesus tells us, "Don't be anxious for your life... But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient" (Matthew 6:25, 33-34, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing with anxiety and fear. We ask that Your perfect love drives out all fear in their life. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Father, we also ask for healing in their relationships. Thank You for the forgiveness ### has sought. Help them to forgive themselves and to walk in Your forgiveness. Remove the spirit of guilt and replace it with Your peace.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s family. We ask for Your protection and provision over them. Help ### to trust in Your healing power and to doubt not in Your goodness.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, ###, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. You mentioned His name, which is wonderful, because it's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and remember that He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Keep your eyes on Him, and His peace will rule in your heart (Colossians 3:15, WEB).

Fill ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to rest in Your love, to trust that You are working all things together for their good.

Lastly, Lord, we lift up ###'s family. We ask for Your protection and provision over them. Help ### to trust in Your healing power, to doubt not in Your goodness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
