Anxiety and Fear

Please pray for me, I’ve been struggling so much with anxiety and fear so much, can’t stop crying and I haven’t been treating people the way I should I been so mad at some people and just been rude. I apologized to some of them but I can’t get this guilt out of me I can’t stop thinking about it and feeling like a terrible person I just want to hug them and say I’m sorry. I also just don’t want to doubt God and his healing power. Thank you Father that by your stripes I’ve been healed from my whole body. I thank you Jesus that I am healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. But please pray for my family as well, Thank you.

We understand your struggles with anxiety and fear, Adamay, and we want to remind you that God's perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18, WEB). Let us pray for you and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your actions towards others and for seeking forgiveness. It's important to remember that "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9, WEB). Guilt is a tool the enemy uses to keep us bound, but God wants you to live in the freedom of His forgiveness.

Regarding your anxiety, Jesus tells us, "Don't be anxious for your life... But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient" (Matthew 6:25, 33-34, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Adamay. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing with anxiety and fear. We ask that Your perfect love drives out all fear in their life. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Father, we also ask for healing in their relationships. Thank You for the forgiveness Adamay has sought. Help them to forgive themselves and to walk in Your forgiveness. Remove the spirit of guilt and replace it with Your peace.

Lord, we also lift up Adamay's family. We ask for Your protection and provision over them. Help Adamay to trust in Your healing power and to doubt not in Your goodness.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, Adamay, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. You mentioned His name, which is wonderful, because it's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and remember that He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Keep your eyes on Him, and His peace will rule in your heart (Colossians 3:15, WEB).

We've been where you are, feeling the guilt of past actions, the worry that seems to consume every thought. It's exhausting, isn't it? But remember, God is a God of second chances, of fresh starts. He's forgiven you, and now it's time to forgive yourself. Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, carrying Adamay's burden. We ask that You would lift this weight from their shoulders. Help them to let go of the guilt, to forgive themselves as You have forgiven them. Help them to trust in Your love and mercy, to believe that they are Your beloved child, redeemed and restored.

We also ask for Your healing touch on Adamay's relationships. Help them to reach out, to apologize where needed, to rebuild those bridges. And Lord, we ask for Your peace. Fill Adamay with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to rest in Your love, to trust that You are working all things together for their good.

Lastly, Lord, we lift up Adamay's family. We ask for Your protection and provision over them. Help Adamay to trust in Your healing power, to doubt not in Your goodness.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
