Ava, we hear your struggle with anxiety and depression, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. We also acknowledge your journey with autism, and we believe that God has a purpose and a plan for your life.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's love and care for you. The Bible tells us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB). God is truly concerned about your anxieties and depressive feelings, and He wants you to cast all your burdens onto Him.
In addition, we encourage you to remember that God promises peace and strength in times of trouble. As it is written, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting up Ava, who is struggling with anxiety and depression. Lord, we know that You care for her deeply, and we ask that You would comfort her now. Help her to cast all her anxieties onto You, knowing that You are always faithful to carry her burdens. Grant her the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we also pray for Ava's journey with autism. Give her strength and wisdom each day, and surround her with loving support from those who understand her unique needs. We ask that You would guide her path and use her story for Your glory.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that Ava would come to know the saving power of Jesus Christ if she hasn't already. Let her find hope and salvation in His name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
