Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Selarea, who is facing anxiety, depression, and weight gain. Lord, we lift up Selarea's burdens and struggles to you, knowing that you are a compassionate and loving God who cares for every aspect of our lives.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to you. We ask that you grant Selarea peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May your presence bring comfort and relief from the weight of anxiety and depression.
Father, we also ask for your guidance and strength for Selarea in their journey towards physical health. Help them to make wise choices in their diet and exercise, and grant them the discipline and motivation to take care of their body, which is your temple . Lord, we pray for your supernatural intervention to bring about a healthy weight and restore vitality to Selarea's life.
Furthermore, we lift up Selarea's friends who are facing health issues. You are the Great Physician, and we ask for your healing touch upon their bodies. We pray for wisdom for the doctors and healthcare professionals involved in their care, that they may make the right decisions and provide effective treatments. May your peace and comfort surround these friends during their time of physical challenges.
Lord, we trust in your unfailing love and power to bring healing, restoration, and peace to Selarea and their friends. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in answering them according to your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
