Beloved of All
Another problem is when you go to stores, the bank, the post office, there may be 10 cashiers' lanes in say the supermarket, and unlike in the Glorious Past where everything was better than the present, only one or 2 out of the 10 is open, leaving long lines at them. To me, this is an inconvenience to a busy person and inconsiderate to the customers. Further, if you bring up the subject, they "tune you out," not interested in your concerns, although you're a customer there. (And it has nothing to do with COVID, I noticed this before that.) Request for them to put a regular number of people there, but also to give a courteous explanation to the question of why, instead of turning a deaf ear to it, which is rude.
