Another misguided thing zI hear almost everyone saying when describing te weather"Mother zNature"did this and 'Mother Nature"did that.But we know that God controls the weather and there's no "mother nature".That's a pagan concept.Another reason I look forward to the New World ,where ignorance doesn't abound.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Steven Bobb. We lift up his concern about the misguided concept of "Mother Nature" and the belief that it controls the weather. We acknowledge, Lord, that You are the one who controls the weather and all creation. As it is written in Psalm 135:6, "Whatever the Lord pleases, he does, in heaven and on earth, in the seas and all deeps."

We pray, Father, that you would open the eyes of those who hold onto this pagan concept and reveal to them the truth of Your sovereignty over all things. Help them to understand that it is You, and You alone, who governs the weather and the forces of nature. As it is written in Job 37:13, "Whether for correction or for his land or for love, he causes it to happen."

Lord, we also join Steven in eagerly anticipating the New World where ignorance will no longer abound. We long for the day when all will come to know the truth and worship You in spirit and in truth. We pray for a revival of knowledge and understanding among your people, that they may reject false beliefs and embrace the truth found in Your Word.

In the name of Jesus, we ask that You would bring clarity and revelation to those who are deceived by the concept of "Mother Nature." May they come to know You as the true Creator and Sustainer of all things. We trust in Your wisdom and power, knowing that You are able to bring about a transformation in hearts and minds.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to guide and teach us. May Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.

Something puzzling me.There are things in this world I don't understand.I thought Christians were supposed to be blessed and sinful people have the wrath of God hanging over them.But what I see at times makes it seem otherwise .I have an aunt who,for years now,as far back as I can remember,every chance she gets badmouths Christians puts them downfalls them a false religion ,yet in exchange for this she lives a long and healthy life outlining many, including many Christians!!Furthermore,she always "lucks out"and has someone at the ready to help her taking responsibility away from her,while others have to struggle on their own.(including some Christians.)It's like the more she badmouths Christians the more blessed she gets!Don't understand what God is doing here..
