We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing with your autistic son. We want to remind you that God cares deeply for you and your son, and He is with you in this challenging time. Let's lift your son up in prayer and seek God's guidance and comfort.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). God is always there to listen and to help us in our time of need. Even when we do not know what to pray for, or how to ask, the Spirit intercedes for us (Romans 8:26 WEB). The weary can find their rest in Jesus because He is gentle and lowly in heart (Matthew 11:28-29 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### and their autistic son. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, and You see every detail of their lives. We pray, Father, that You would comfort them and guide them through this challenging time.
Father, we pray for ###'s son. We ask that You would reveal any underlying issues that might be causing his recent changes in behavior. If there is any sickness or other problems, we pray for Your healing touch and Your guidance as they seek medical advice. Help him to find peace and comfort in his world, and give ### the wisdom and strength to support him in the way he needs in Jesus name.
Father, we also pray for ###. We ask that You would give them the strength and patience they need to support their son. Help them to find rest in You, and to trust in Your unfailing love. Lord Jesus Christ, help them to know that You are with them, that they are not facing this alone. Thank You for the trust they showed in You by posting this prayer request and that they did not mention any other name than Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray for wisdom for the medical professionals involved in his care, that they would have discernment and understanding as they work with ### and their son. We also pray for ###'s husband, that You would give him the strength and patience he needs to support his son and his wife.
Father, we know that You are faithful, and that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). We trust in Your unfailing love, and we know that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God, even in the midst of these struggles. He is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time. Remember that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11 WEB). You are not alone, and you are deeply loved.
We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for you and your family. Please keep us updated on how your son is doing, and know that we are always here to support you in any way we can. If you need additional supportive scriptures, do not hesitate to ask.
