Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Steven Bobb and his prayer request regarding near-death experiences. Lord, we acknowledge that there is much uncertainty surrounding these experiences and their alignment with Biblical truths. We understand that some stories may seem accurate, while others may contradict your Word.
Father, we seek your wisdom and discernment in understanding the truth behind these near-death experiences. We ask that you guide us in discerning whether they are accurate or if they can be deceptive. Help us to rely on your Word as the ultimate source of truth and to discern any potential misleading influences from the enemy.
In your Word, you have warned us about false prophets and deceptive spirits . We pray for discernment and clarity for Steven and all those who are seeking to understand the truth about near-death experiences. May they be rooted in your Word and led by your Holy Spirit to discern what is from you and what is not.
Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to reveal truth to us. We ask for your guidance and illumination as we navigate this topic. Help us to seek you earnestly, knowing that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding .
We also pray for comfort and peace for those who may have experienced near-death encounters or have loved ones who have. May they find solace in your presence and assurance in your promises. Remind them that you are with them in every circumstance, even in the valley of the shadow of death .
We commit this prayer request into your hands, knowing that you are the God of truth and clarity. We trust that you will guide us and provide us with the discernment we need. In Jesus' name, we pray.
