Thank you for reaching out and sharing your prayer request with us. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is also in His name that we can experience the anointing of the Holy Spirit. For it is written:
"In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you." John 16:23 WEB
"Peter said to them, 'Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.'" Acts 2:38 WEB
As a pastor, you are a shepherd to God's people, and it is crucial that you are filled with the Holy Spirit's anointing to carry out your ministry effectively. We pray that you will be strengthened in your inner being with the power of the Holy Spirit. May the anointing of the Holy Spirit rest upon you afresh, equipping you with wisdom, understanding, and power from on high. For the scripture says:
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." Acts 1:8 WEB
Regarding your health, we trust that the Lord will renew your strength and heal you from any infirmity. We pray for God's healing touch upon your body, and we believe that He will restore you to good health. Remember that:
"He forgives all your sins; and heals all your diseases." Psalm 103:3 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in ###. We pray that You will fill him afresh with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, empowering him to carry out his pastoral duties with wisdom, love, and boldness.
We also bring his health before Your throne of grace, trusting in Your healing power. Lord, touch his body, heal him of any sickness or disease, and restore him to good health.
Help him to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. May he forever rely in Jesus Christ as the source of spiritual power and authority. Grant him the gift of discernment, knowledge, and wisdom to rightly lead his flock and serve in His kingdom.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
