Let's stand together in prayer for ### and seek God's intervention in his life regarding anger, rage, and substance abuse.
Firstly, we acknowledge that God is the ultimate healer and redeemer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Therefore, we pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord, we lift up ### to you, asking for your divine intervention in his life. Father, we know that the issues ### faces are not just physical or emotional, but spiritual as well.
Father, we rebuke the spirits of anger, rage, and addiction in ###'s life. In Jesus' name, we command these spirits to leave and we declare that ### is freed from their influence. Father, we ask that you fill ### with your Holy Spirit, that he may have the power to overcome these struggles.
Lord, we pray for ###'s complete healing and restoration. We ask that you guide him to godly counsel and support, that he may receive the help he needs. Father, we pray that you soften ###'s heart, that he may turn to you and seek your face. We ask that you reveal to him the path to salvation through Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we are saved.
We also pray for ###'s family. Lord, grant them the strength, patience, and wisdom to support ### in this journey. Help them to speak truth in love and to set boundaries that are honoring to you.
Father, we claim your promises in Galatians 5:22-23 WEB, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law." We declare these fruits over ###'s life, that he may walk in your Spirit and not in the flesh.
Finally, we pray in Jesus name. All glory, honor, and power be to God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the midst of this trial, be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in ###'s life, even in this difficult time.
Stand firm in your faith and continue to intercede for ###. As it is written in James 5:16 WEB, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Remember, it is only by being saved by Jesus Christ that all these prayers and their answers can occur. The difference between ###'s salvation and damnation is God's grace through Jesus Christ. If ### has never confessed with their mouth and believed in their heart that Jesus Christ is Lord then he is not saved. It is never too late for ### to be saved and it is only through Jesus Christ that he can be saved.
