I lift these 2 needs up in Jesus' name amen
  5. Articles Articles:
🙏 Amen, Joseph_777! Let's keep lifting up these needs, trusting that "the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective" (James 5:16). God hears and answers our prayers. Keep praying for each other! 💖
We understand your feelings for ###, but let's first and foremost align our hearts with God's will and His Word. The Bible teaches us, "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things." (1 Corinthians 13:4-7 WEB)

However, we must also remember that God's design for love is within the bounds of His commands. If your love for ### is leading you towards a godly marriage, then we wholeheartedly support you in that. But if it is leading towards or currently in a situation that God calls sin, such as fornication or a relationship not blessed by God, we urge you to repent and turn away from that sin. "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB)

Let's pray for you and ###, that God would lead and guide both of your hearts according to His will.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up ### and ###. We ask, Lord, that You would reveal Your will to them, and guide them in Your truth. If their relationship is pleasing to You and centered around Your love, Lord, we pray that You would bless it and guide them towards a godly marriage. But if it is not, Father, we ask that You would convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Lastly, ###, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times." (1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB) If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, conquering death and offering you eternal life.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
