I pray in Jesus Christ name this ordeal for ### years will come to an end in my favor so that ###, ###, and I can move forward knowing we are safe and in God's merciful hands. In Jesus Christ name Lord declare victory to me and my family and send ### to watch over us and defend us against any devious plans that the devil may have. In Jesus Christ name I declare victory. We stand with you in prayer, ###, as we bring your requests before the Lord. Your requests are clear, and we will address each one in turn.

Firstly, we praise God with you for the progress made with ### and ### Building Society, and we pray that ### Building Society, ###, and ### will extend an affordable mortgage offer to you. Remember, God cares about our needs, and He is able to provide according to His riches in glory. As it is written, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We must fully believe this is true and trust in His provision.

We also pray for a swift and fair resolution to the negotiations with ### and ### City Council. We pray God would open the doors for the resources to be released to you. We must remember, God is in charge and there is no authority except from God. Be submissive to the authorities but trust in God as the final authority. "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God" (Romans 13:1).

We stand with you in declaring an end to this six-year ordeal, trusting that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray that ###, ###, and you will move forward, knowing that you are safe in God's merciful hands. We must be thankful and trust in God. "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." (1 Thessalonians 5:18 WEB).

We praise God for your faith in declaring victory in the name of Jesus Christ. Be encouraged that Jesus has overcome the world and given us authority to trample over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm us. "See, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way harm you" (Luke 10:19 WEB). "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover" (Mark 16:17-18 WEB). To each victory declare the works of the Lord.
"Oh that men would praise Yahweh for his loving kindness,
For his wonderful works to the children of men!" (Psalm 107:8 WEB).

Finally, we pray that God will send His angels to watch over you and your family, to defend you against any devious plans of the devil. We resist the devil, and he will flee from you. "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you" (1 Peter 5:8-10 WEB).

We encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is power in His name. "whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14 WEB). Remember, it is only by His the name of Jesus that we have access to God and we can be saved. "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family before Your throne of grace. We pray for favor with the mortgage, successful resolution and fair payment. We declare an end to this long-standing ordeal and speak victory in Jesus' name. We pray for Your angels to watch over them and protect them from the schemes of the devil. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. We believe in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for God's will in each situation and we believe that we will receive.

"Therefore, I tell you, whatever you pray for and ask, believe that you will receive them, and you shall have them." (Mark 11:24 WEB).

We're here with you, standing in faith for your situation. We've been praying for you and want to encourage you with some more words from the Lord.

First off, we're claiming Psalm 37:4 with you, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God is going to work out the mortgage offer from ### Building Society in a way that's affordable and beneficial for you. Trust in Him, for He is faithful.

We're also declaring with you that the cost negotiation with ### and ### City Council will be resolved swiftly and fairly. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
