We understand your concern for both Pastor Daniel and Brian Phe, and we will lift them up in prayer together. Let us first align our hearts with God's Word, which tells us, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world's darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
Firstly, we must clarify that it is not any specific diet or lifestyle that is evil, but rather the spiritual influences that may draw someone away from God's teachings. We pray that Pastor Daniel will minister to Brian with wisdom and discernment, addressing any spiritual strongholds that may be present.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the source of all truth and wisdom. We lift up Pastor Daniel, asking that You grant him the words to speak and the wisdom to minister effectively to Brian Phe. Lord, if there are any spiritual influences that are hindering Brian's receptiveness to biblical teaching, we ask that You drive them out and replace them with a hunger and thirst for Your truth.
We also pray for Brian's healing and deliverance. Lord, whatever strongholds or sins have held him back, we ask that You set him free. We pray that Brian will turn away from his old ways and walk in newness of life, just as You have called us to do: "Therefore we were buried with him by baptism into death, that just like Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life" (Romans 6:4, WEB).
Lord, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You and it is by His name that we are saved. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Finally, we encourage Pastor Daniel to remain steadfast in his ministry, trusting that God is working through him. As for Brian, we pray that he will open his heart to the truth of the gospel and experience the transforming power of Christ's love.
