Let us come together in prayer for this woman, her husband, and their children. We stand in agreement, seeking God's will for their lives, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.""
Now, let us pray together for this family:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family to You. We pray for their health, that You would heal and strengthen them in any areas of weakness or sickness, according to Your will (James 5:14-15). We ask that You would fill their hearts with Your joy, love, and happiness, that their home would be a reflection of Your presence (Galatians 5:22-23).
We pray for their freedom in Christ, that any bondage or stronghold would be broken, and that they would walk in the liberty that Jesus has given them (Galatians 5:1). We ask for Your help, comfort, and mercy upon this family, that they would know Your goodness and grace in all circumstances (Hebrews 4:16).
Father, we ask that You would provide for all their needs, according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray that their marriage would be strong and God-honoring, that their husband would love his wife as Christ loved the church, and that she would respect him (Ephesians 5:25, 33). We pray that their children would grow in the knowledge and admonition of the Lord, that they would be wise and strong in Him (Ephesians 6:4).
In all things, Father, we ask that Your will would be done in their lives, and that they would walk closely with You, in Jesus' name. Amen."
We encourage this family to continue seeking God together, to pray together, and to grow in their love for Him and for each other. We remind them of the words of Joshua 24:15 WEB:
"If it seems evil to you to serve Yahweh, choose today whom you will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh."
