**Prayer Update!** 
Let's lift up **
Thank-you to everyone for your compassionate caring
& your soo kind prayers for me & my senior citizen friend
UP-DATE my senior friend went ballistic on me this morning
because i was not able to put a hold on his mail at the post office
They want him to come in person & show them photo I.D. as there
have been too many scammers unfortunately
So i called the Social Worker at the rehab where he is staying & requested
their help with this for him
I ask for prayer for wisdom to put a one way block on incoming calls
from him on my phone but so i can still call out to him when i am able to & feeling stronger emotionally too
In this way i am hopefully better shielded from any more very angry outbursts
and difficult demands that he is making on me at this time when i myself am struggling with soo much stress as well due to my whole housing situation right now
I ESPECIALLY ASK FOR PRAYER FOR MUCH EMOTIONAL STRENGTH
AS WHEN HE YELLS AT ME LIKE HE DID THIS MORNING IT UPSETS
ME VERY MUCH SOO & THEN I AM OFTEN ANXIOUS FOR HOURS AFTERWARD
AND THIS IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO GO THRU AND HAVE TO ENDURE THESE DAYS
MAY THE LORD HIMSELF STOP THESE ANGRY OUTBURSTS & CALM HIM DOWN
AND MAY I BE PROTECTED FROM HIS SHORT TEMPER AT ALL TIMES SUPERNATURALLY AND DIVINELY
For myself i simply ask to be able to get done as much as i can do on
my errands list with a very focused and calm relaxed mind today
May i be at peace and at rest and be able to concentrate fully on
every task especially some paper-work i still need to complete for three agencies

please help me as you know just exactly what i need Your Help with today
and please keep my spirits optimistic positive and In Faith at all times
Do not allow the enemy to attack me thru nightmares in the evenings
or thru unexpected situations during the day-time
May i have a sweet and quiet composure at all times please
and a wonderful serene disposition as i rest in You Dear Blessed Trinity and My Good Shepherd Jesus Christ
