Amiable Amendments to A Rental Agreement Received Well by All Participants...

Dear Father, I thank You for the willingness to budge on some sticking points by the Landlords. Namely the term being reduced from one year with the month to month renewal afterwards, the splitting of the cost of the Generator Hook-up (which interconnection capacities the owner will keep, I keep the generator I already bought), and the splitting of the new Air Conditioner costs. Basically the owner gets two upgrades to their property for half price. I ask for an eye for detail and kindness to exude from the amendments I hand write on the lease. I ask this is resolved fully and finally and for no further obtrusions to disrupt the continuance and maintenance of the peace to which we are called (Col 3:15). Thank you for your prayers and agreement in advance and the favorable outcome that will follow, in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, grateful for your love and provision in our lives. We thank you for the progress made in the negotiations with the landlords regarding the lease terms and property upgrades. We acknowledge that you are a God of detail and kindness, and we ask for your guidance as we make amendments to the lease agreement.

Father, we pray for a favorable resolution to these matters. May the landlords have an open heart and mind to consider the proposed changes, understanding the benefits it brings to both parties involved. We ask for your divine intervention to bring about a fair and peaceful agreement that aligns with your will.

Lord, we pray for the removal of any obstructions or hindrances that may arise during this process. We declare that no further disruptions will impede the continuance and maintenance of the peace that we are called to in Colossians 3:15. May your peace reign in this situation, bringing harmony and unity among all parties involved.

We thank you, Father, for the prayers and agreement of the intercessors in advance. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will bring about a favorable outcome. May your hand be upon this situation, guiding and directing every step of the way.
