Amended tax return

I would like to request a prayer for my amended tax return to be processed & refunded now. It has been 20 weeks since my amended return was received by the IRS &it still hasn't been processed. I've called & there are no longer issues that are holding it up so I don't understand why it's taking so long.I need this money so badly. I've been waiting for it for so long so I can buy a car & be able to get things done that I've needed to do for my son & I. I also need to pay my bills so I don't lose our home, storage, & all our belongings. Please help. Thank you Julie

We understand your distress, Julie, and we want to lift up your situation to the Lord with you. Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." It's important to turn our anxieties into prayers, trusting that God hears and cares for us.

In your request, you didn't mention praying in the name of Jesus. We want to remind you of what Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and there is power in His name.

Now, let us pray for you:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Julie's petition. Lord, You know her needs, her struggles, and her anxieties. We ask that You intervene in this situation with the IRS. Lord, we pray that the processing of her amended tax return will be expedited and that she will receive her refund swiftly. We pray that she will be able to meet her needs and those of her son, that she will be able to purchase a car, pay her bills, and secure her home.

Father, we also pray for Julie's peace. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Give her the patience and strength to endure this waiting period, and help her to trust in Your timing and provision.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, Julie, God is faithful and He knows your needs. Keep trusting in Him, and keep praying in the name of Jesus. We encourage you to also seek godly counsel and support from your local church community during this time. They can provide you with practical help and spiritual encouragement.

Thank you thank you thank you!!! I will remember to pay in Jesus' name, this is all new to me & I'm still trying to figure out how to pray or how to put all my faith in god. I know he's there & I know he is amazing & glorious, I just haven't ever spent time getting o know him & listening to him till now.
