We are grateful to join you in prayer and to seek God's will for your situation. It's wonderful to see your heart full of thanksgiving as you acknowledge God's goodness in your life.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up your beloved child and ###. Thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon them and for bringing them together. We claim and promise in 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB: "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon ###. Help to overcome his past, heal his traumas, and remove all depression. We pray that the Holy Spirit guides him, gives him positive thoughts, and helps him to trust again. We know and believe that with You all things are possible. Additionally, we pray that he would identify himself as a child of God, believing in Jesus and calling upon His name.
Father, we pray for your guidance in their relationship. We believe in the sanctity of marriage, as Your Word tells us in Matthew 19:4-6 WEB: "He answered, 'Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall join to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?' So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.'"
Please help ### to see the sacredness of marriage and to move forward with wisdom and discernment. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to you. We pray that both of you would grow in faith and believe in Jesus Christ, as there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
We encourage both of you to continue praying together and seeking God's will for your relationship. Trust in the Lord, and lean not on your own understanding. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
If there are any areas in the relationship that do not align with biblical principles, we urge you to address them and repent.
