Julie, we understand your heart's cry for God's intervention in this world. You've asked for peace, love, healing, and prosperity, and these are indeed what God desires for His children. Let's pray and seek God's will together, standing on His promises from the World English Bible (WEB).
Firstly, we notice that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). So, we will pray in His name.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We echo Julie's plea for Your powerful and almighty miracle blessings upon this world. Lord, You know the challenges we face, the pain, the suffering, and the injustices. We ask that You permanently rebuke and remove all bad, ugly, negative energy around this world. Bless our world with peace, love, change, healing, mercy, grace, protections, and deliverance.
Lord Jesus, You taught us to pray, 'Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven' (Matthew 6:10 WEB). So, we ask that You bring us all together, transforming this world for the better, just as You desire. Put a permanent stop to all violence, killing, shooting, and every form of evil. Help us to live in unity, equality, and joy.
We also pray for prosperity, that You would permanently create paid jobs everywhere, and shelter this world with Your love. Cleanse our world and our universe with Your Holy Spirit. Make a powerful, permanent, positive change, Lord, making this world a better place to live. Help us to be more compassionate, respectful, caring, loving, and understanding, not judging but working together as one body in Christ.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for Julie. Increase her faith, give her peace, and help her to see Your goodness even in the darkest times. Let her know that You are working all things together for good, according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Julie, continue to hold onto faith and hope. Remember, God is faithful, and He has promised, "If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land" (2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB).
