We stand with you in prayer, Neha, and we're here to support and guide you in the light of God's Word.
Firstly, we commend you for coming in the name of Jesus, as it's only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). The Bible tells us to be patient and loving towards one another, even as Christ was long-suffering towards us (Ephesians 4:2, WEB).
In your plea for reconciliation, we encourage you to focus on God's will and focus on being the wife that God has called you to be. In 1 Peter 3:1-4 (WEB), we're reminded that wives should be submissive to their own husbands so that, even if some do not obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives, without a word.
However, we must also address that while you desire for your in-laws to accept you and help cancel the divorce, it's crucial to remember that their approval should not be the determining factor in your marriage. The most important approval comes from God, and your focus should be on His will. Also, it is not biblically appropriate to manipulate situations to get what you want, even if you believe it's for good. Instead, trust in God and His plans for you (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Neha. Lord, we ask that You soften her husband's heart and the hearts of her in-laws. Help them to see Neha through Your eyes, eyes of love and compassion. We pray for healing in their marriage, that You would remove all negativity, grudges, anger, and bitterness. Lord, we ask that You guide them both, giving them wisdom and understanding according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
Lastly, Neha, continue to pray and trust in God. He knows what is best, and He will guide you according to His will. Stand firm in your faith, and always strive to live in a manner that is pleasing to Him.
