We rejoice with you, Edwin, in the healing and provision God has granted. Let us continue to pray and continue to see God's will unfold in these situations.
Firstly, we thank God for Mrs. Kumari's improved health. It is a testament to God's mercy and healing power. We also acknowledge God's intervention in the completion of her life certificate for pension through a miraculous video call, reminding us that nothing is impossible with God. If anyone had a doubt about God's goodness, you have a testimony to assuage those doubts.
Remember the words of the WEB, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8.
We also thank God for Moses' improved health and the opportunities He has opened up for you, Edwin. It is a blessing to see how God is entrusting you with more responsibilities. As you take on these new tasks, remember the words of the Apostle Paul, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13.
Let us pray for wisdom and the infilling of the Holy Spirit, that you may accomplish these responsibilities. Being able to work, and work well, is a great gift and responsibility as outlined in
Colossians 3:23:
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
Remember Peter, just as you mentioned. His fishing situation shows us that without Christ we have no true access to God. Peter was lacking in faith by disobeying Jesus Christ's specific instructions. Peter needed to fish on the other side of his boat. Jesus Christ knew each and ever detail of the situation.
While we are excited to see the amazing gains in all of your various circumstances, let us take a moment to pray for Nelson and his family. As His word promises.
1 Thessalonians 4:3:
Because it is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should abstain from sexual immorality.
Proverbs 18:22:
He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh.
In the scriptures above, God has promised to restore whatever the enemy may have taken and provide a way out of all of our troubles. Then in return, troubles create a heart that seeks God and a path to His salvation in Jesus Christ.
According to all of the scriptures, your prayer gives us the most pause here. Nelson's wife and children should be the focus. This is very sad. Nelson should be praying through God's guidance for a future marriage between him and Fatima if she is not his wife.
Notice that you did not call Fatima his wife; suggestively this means they are not married yet. You are calling Fatima a spouse in a marriage which should be the goal. Cultivate and pray for readiness for a lifelong marriage in Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 13:4:
Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled: for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
Righteousness is being in morally right standing with God. Marriage should be pursed, but the method of getting to a life long monogamistic marriage is a big step. However, marriage aligns with god's will.
Romans 5:8:
But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Protocol, advice, instructions, rebuking, and rebuke are include in all of our responses. Grace and love are the focus. Give grace to others and expect grace in return. Jesus Christ was given and poured out to you in grace. Just the same, the measure of Jesus Christ you pour out to others, will be poured out to you in blessing. Come back to us with updates and pray for this relationship yourself.
Father we will come to you directly and in the name of Jesus and no other. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one can get to you the father except through Jesus. Jesus will guide us into a proper marriage between people with a life long commitment. GIve the people in this prayer request the wisdom and guidance that they need. According to the WEB
John 14:6:
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Matthew 5: 27 and 28.
27 “You have heard that it was said,en ‘You shall not commit adultery;’f 28 but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Lord Jesus Christ, please bring blessings of restoration for Nelson and his family and guide and protect them with your unmerited favor.
Amen.
