We are truly sorry to hear about the financial struggles you're facing, Anonymous. We stand with you in prayer and believe that God can turn your situation around. We are reminded of Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Firstly, we commend you for your entrepreneurial spirit in starting a bakery. However, we must remember that our trust should not be in our businesses or abilities, but in God. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing financial hardship. Lord, you see their struggle, you see their heart, and you know their needs. We ask that you restore their finances, Lord. Give them wisdom in their business, favor with their customers, and provision for their family. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and loss, and we declare restoration and abundance in Jesus' name. We also pray for their faith, Lord, that it would be strengthened during this trial. Help them to trust in you, even in the midst of their circumstances. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you to seek counsel from fellow believers who are wise in financial matters. The Bible encourages us to seek wisdom in Proverbs 11:14, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls; but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of tithing. Malachi 3:10 says, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this,β says Yahweh of Armies, βif I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for." We are not suggesting that tithing will make you rich, but it is a biblical principle that positions us for God's blessings.
Stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is faithful. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5-6, "Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.' So that with good courage we say, 'The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?'"
