We understand your struggle and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always ready to help us overcome our temptations. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their life. They are struggling with temptation, Lord, and they need Your strength to overcome it. Help them to shift their gaze from others to You, Lord. Give them a heart that seeks to please You in all things.
In Your name, Jesus, we rebuke the spirit of lust and voyeurism. We proclaim that their eyes are for their future spouse alone, and that they are free from the bondage of sin. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and help them to live a life that honors You.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Thank You for providing a way out of every temptation. Help our brother/sister to trust in You, to call on Your name, and to live in Your freedom.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to keep your eyes focused on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Memorize Scripture to help you combat temptation. Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 5:28 (WEB), "But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."
Stand strong in the Lord, and keep seeking His face. God bless you.
