We understand your struggle, Bajrulron, and we're here to support and pray with you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for your commitment and efforts in your relationship. However, we want to remind you of what God's word says about how we should treat one another. In Ephesians 4:29 WEB, it's written, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." It's clear that God desires us to speak to each other with respect and kindness.
We must also address that, as believers, we are called to flee from ungodly relationships that may harm us emotionally and spiritually. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it's written, "Donโt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" While this verse is often applied to marriage, it also applies to any close relationship that could lead us away from God's path.
Let us pray for you and Linda:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Bajrulron and Linda. Lord, we ask that You grant Linda the strength and courage she needs to make decisions that honor You. If Greg is not treating her with the respect and kindness that You desire, we pray that You soften his heart or remove Linda from this harmful situation. Guide her steps, Lord, and let her find peace and strength in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you, Bajrulron, to seek godly counsel and support during this time. Continue to pray and trust in the Lord, knowing that He has a plan and a purpose for Linda's life. Remember the words of Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
If Greg is not a believer, we also encourage you to pray for his salvation. But remember, it's not your responsibility to change him; only God can do that. Our responsibility is to love and respect others, and to live our lives in a way that honors God.
