Always Scared And Depressed

i come to you today dear lord to help me with my anxiety ...please pray for me .. have so much anxiety that i can't sleep. i pray the lord everyday to give me strength . no matter how much i help people it seems like its not enough. i'm a supervisor at my job and my employees hates me for doing my job. everytime i go to work, i feel scared and worry that i wont make it to the day. when i get home, i feel the same way..i ask the god to give me peace and happyness in my house, work and with my family and kids.

Dear Idilia....I just read your request and I will pray for oyu as well...this something I struggle with myself and find myself praying constantly for peace and inner security to make it through the day...only God can give us that and I have to tell myself that there are things I have no control over so I have to let go...I teach kindergarten and I have 2 small boys...its been a challenge but the more I pray and speak to others it heps me to see im not alone....best of luck to you...Psalm 46 has helped me a great deal as well as Psalm 121...

Psalm 94:19 Tells Us…When I worried (when I am anxious) about many things, Your assuring words (God’s Word) soothed my soul with comfort and joy.

Let’s Pray… God I ask in Jesus’ name, “Minister to my heart through your Holy Spirit and the Word of God. Comfort me with peace and understanding when my spirit is troubled and I am overwhelmed. Let me pray about everything and not worry about anything. And as I am praying let the presence of Your Holy Spirit comfort me, quite my anxious thoughts and guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Let me know that everything is going to be alright. That this will work out for my good.

When I don’t understand, give me understanding. When I don’t know which way to go, please direct my foot steps. Lead and guide me in the direction that You want me to take. Bless me with courage and deliver me from the spirit of fear when and if it tries to attack my faith with anxious thoughts. Bless me with strength when I am weak. Bless me with hope when all seems hopeless. Encourage Me Lord Jesus. Never let me give up on my God given dreams, and goals. Bless Me. Supply all my need. And all that I have asked You to do for me in this prayer please do the same for all those that care about me, those I care about, and the writer of this prayer, God Thank You for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.†Amen, so be it.

Philippians 4:6,7 tells us …. To be anxious for nothing (don’t worry about anything), but in everything by prayer and supplication (pray, talk to God), with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

We thank You for hearing our prayers. Idilia needs you now because she is full of stress and anxiety. Reading your Word brings comfort, as we ask you to come and take her heavy burdens. She takes each burden, one by one, and lay them at your feet. Please carry them for her so that she doesn't have to. Replace them with Your humble and gentle yoke so that she will find rest for her soul today. Idilia receives your gift of peace of mind and heart. Thank You that she can lie down tonight in peace and sleep. She believes and knows that You, Lord, will keep her safe. She is not afraid because You are always with her. Please keep Idilia daily, Lord, in Your perfect peace. In Jesus' name. Amen
