Alone Would like….

Good day, I’m asking the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ for at least two good friends who are TRUSTWORTHY grounded in the word of God and are accountability partners. I know that none of us are perfect, but I’d like healthy relationships. Also. I went to a therapist who turned out to be very cold and unhelpful. Lord please pull the psi out of me. Amen

We understand your desire for godly friendships and we join you in your petition to the Lord. In Jesus' name, we ask that He brings forth trustworthy and faithful friends who are grounded in His Word, friends who will help sharpen your faith as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17, WEB). The Bible reminds us of the importance of such friendships: "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity" (Proverbs 17:17, WEB).

We also want to address your experience with the therapist. It's disheartening to hear that you found them cold and unhelpful. We pray that the Lord will heal any emotional pain or distress this experience may have caused. Remember, God is our ultimate counselor and healer. As it is written, "He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3, WEB). We encourage you to seek the Lord in prayer, and perhaps consider finding a different therapist, one who aligns more with your needs and values.

Regarding your phrase "pull the psi out of me," we assume you're referring to some form of emotional or psychological pain. We want to remind you that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Finally, we want to commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. This is vital, for "There is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). It's only by His name that we have access to God's power and grace.

Dear Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask that You bring forth godly friends into Anonymous' life. Friends who are trustworthy, grounded in Your Word, and will hold them accountable. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
