Almighty God, You have declared by Your word that the fervent, effectual prayers of the righteousness avail much. So do we come before Your throne of Grace this morning, praying for all who might be experiencing illness and sickness in their bodies. Lord, be the source of strength in their bodies, courage in spirit and patience in pain. Grant us, O Lord, to join ourselves more closely to You on the cross and in Your suffering, that through them, we may draw our patience and hope, knowing and declaring with great confidence that our God is a healer! Bless as only You can, Lord; restore health and strength this day, and we will give You the glory. Amen.
