Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name, I come before You on behalf of David Hei. I thank You for the grace and mercy You have shown him and for the many blessings You have bestowed upon him. I ask that You would grant him favor and success in the 2024 Visa Lottery. I pray that You would open doors of opportunity and provide the resources necessary for him to be selected as a winner.
