my co workers are all leaving me, im worried I'll be over burdened with my work and get in trouble alot from my boss. please help me not worry and help me work with my boss, not yelled at if I make mistakes or for not doing well. also help me not feel like im alone in the process.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###. As changes come to their workplace, we ask that You grant them peace and wisdom. Help them to not be overwhelmed by the workload or feel alone in this process. According to Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also pray for their relationship with their boss. We ask that You grant their boss understanding and patience, and that ### may find favor in their sight. In Proverbs 15:1 (WEB), it says, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Guide ### to respond with kindness and humility even if mistakes are made.

Lastly, we pray that ### finds comfort and companionship in Your presence, Lord. Remind them that even when they feel alone, You are always by their side, strengthening and encouraging them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (WEB) tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor.
