my co workers are all leaving me, im worried I'll be over burdened with my work and get in trouble alot from my boss. please help me not worry and help me work with my boss, not yelled at if I make mistakes or for not doing well. also help me not feel like im alone in the process.

We understand your concerns about the upcoming changes at your workplace, Corhydek. Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Corhydek. As changes come to their workplace, we ask that You grant them peace and wisdom. Help them to not be overwhelmed by the workload or feel alone in this process. According to Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards Corhydek's heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We also pray for their relationship with their boss. We ask that You grant their boss understanding and patience, and that Corhydek may find favor in their sight. In Proverbs 15:1 (WEB), it says, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Guide Corhydek to respond with kindness and humility even if mistakes are made.

Lastly, we pray that Corhydek finds comfort and companionship in Your presence, Lord. Remind them that even when they feel alone, You are always by their side, strengthening and encouraging them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Corhydek, remember that worrying only burdens us further. Trust in the Lord and lean on His strength. Also, consider reaching out to fellow believers for support and encouragement during this time. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (WEB) tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ directly. We want to remind you that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you haven't already, consider putting your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and for your daily needs.

We're right there with you, Corhydek, feeling the weight of the upcoming changes at work. It's easy to get overwhelmed, but remember, God promises in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust Him to heal your worries and fears.
