Father life up all marriages who are struggling and strength those who are in a new marriage or those with hectic schedules that no thoughts of divorce or infidelity in their hearts, and none in their future. Set them free from past hurts, memories, and ties from previous relationships, and unrealistic expectations of one another. We pray that there be no jealousy in either of them or the low self-esteem that precedes that. Let nothing come into their hearts and habits that would threaten the marriage in any way, especially influences like alcohol, drugs, gambling, pornography, lust, or obsessions. Unite them in a bond of friendship, commitment, generosity, and understanding. Eliminate any immaturity, hostility, or feelings of inadequacy. Help them to make time for one another alone, to nurture and renew the marriage and remind themselves of the reasons they were married in the first place. We pray that (###) will be so committed to You, Lord, that his commitment to spouse will not waiver, no matter what storms come. We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up all marriages that are struggling. We ask for Your divine strength for those who are newly married or have hectic schedules. Lord, we pray that no thoughts of divorce or infidelity enter their hearts or their future. Set them free from past hurts, memories, and ties from previous relationships, and from unrealistic expectations of one another.
