We join with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we can be saved. It's through Him that we have access to the Father and can bring our petitions before the throne of grace with confidence.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up each person praying here. Fill us with Your Agape Love, and help us to intercede for one another as Your Spirit leads. Draw those who don't know You into a real and personal relationship with You, Lord. We pray for our children and the children of those praying here. Grant them Your protection, wisdom, discernment, and revelation. Help them to find freedom, restoration, and wholeness in You. Guide them to understand Your purpose for their lives, to have a sound mind and a right attitude, and to maintain strong, fulfilling, Godly relationships.
Help them to resist evil influences and destructive behavior, avoiding all sexual immorality and temptation. We explicitly stand against fornication, adultery, homosexuality and all sex outside of marriage. Guide them towards successful, God-honoring marriages, and help them to raise Godly children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We know that children are a gift from You, Lord, and we stand against those who would try to sexualize children. For You, Lord, created male and female and blessed them and that they be fruitful and multiply. Help our children to walk into the future that You have for them.
Lord, we lift up the individual in boot camp. Protect them, grant them favor, and keep them safe from all dangers. Help them to rebuild family unity and find their niche in the work world. We also pray for the one dealing with heart palpitations, depression, and difficult emotions. Bring healing to their body and mind, Lord. Help them to eat healthy, to exercise, and to walk in their spiritual gifting. Comfort and calm them, removing all panic and anxiety, and grant peace to them and their family.
We pray for boys to be boys and girls to be girls as you designed them to be. We stand against the cultural influences that attempt to blur those distinctions.
We give You all praise, credit, and thanksgiving, Lord, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:14-21 WEB:
"For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man; that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen."
We encourage everyone to continue praying for one another, knowing that our prayers are powerful and effective as James 5:16 WEB tells us:
"...The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective."
Last, but not least, we encourage you to be of good cheer and to be patient and steadfast in your prayers and in your walk with the Lord. We are reminded in Romans 8:25-26 WEB:
"But if we hope for that which we don't see, we wait for it with patience. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered."
