We join with you, Sparklee, in lifting up these prayers and petitions before the throne of grace, standing firmly on the promise that "where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18:20 WEB.
Firstly, we echo your cry for the presence of God and His agape love to be shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, as in Romans 5:5 WEB. We pray that each person here feels that love and intercession, drawing us closer to God and each other, growing spiritually each day. We stand against the wiles of the devil, praying that we all have a sound mind and a right attitude, resisting evil influences and destructive behavior as instructed in 1 Peter 5:8 and 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB.
We pray for the children of those praying here, that God would grant His protection, survival through tough times, growth in wisdom, discernment, and revelation as stated in Colossians 1:9-10 WEB. We pray that they find freedom, restoration, and wholeness, understanding God's purpose for their lives, maintaining strong and fulfilling relationships, and avoiding all sexual pollution and temptation, as instructed in Ephesians 5:3 and 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB.
