We join with you, Sparklee, in lifting up these prayers to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are grateful that you have acknowledged the power and importance of praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all those who are joining in prayer here today. We ask that You fill each one of us with Your Agape Love, and grant us a deep sense of Your presence. May our intercession for one another bring us closer together in unity, and help us grow spiritually each and every day.
Lord, we pray for those who do not yet know You, that they may come into a real and personal relationship with You through Jesus Christ. We ask that You continue to lift up our children, and all the children of those praying here. Grant them Your protection, and help them to grow in wisdom, discernment, and revelation. May they find freedom, restoration, and wholeness in You, and understand Your purpose for their lives.
We pray that our children may have a sound mind and a right attitude, maintain strong and fulfilling relationships, and resist evil influences and destructive behavior. May they avoid all sexual pollution and temptation, and walk into the future that You have for them. We pray that they may enjoy successful marriages to godly spouses and raise Godly children, in accordance with Your will and Your word. (2 Timothy 1:9)
Lord, we lift up NC to You, asking for Your continued protection and favor. Keep them safe from all dangers, and help rebuild family unity. Guide them to find their niche in the work world.
We also lift up JM to You, asking for Your healing touch on his heart palpitations, and for relief from depression and difficult emotions. Help him to eat healthy and exercise, and to see and exercise his spiritual gifting.
Father, we ask for Your comfort and calm for SE, MB, NP, SB, and EC. Remove all panic and anxiety, and grant them Your peace.
We give You all the praise, credit, and thanksgiving, in Jesus' mighty name we pray. Amen. (John 3:16)
We encourage everyone to continue praying for one another, and to trust in the power of God to work in our lives. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We also encourage everyone to be mindful of the importance of sexual purity, and to flee from sexual immorality, as it is a sin against our own bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20) WEB "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Let us continue to stand together in prayer, seeking God's will for our lives and for the lives of our loved ones.
