We join with you, Sparklee, in lifting up these prayers to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will in all things.
Firstly, we acknowledge and praise God for His unfailing love—Agape love—which He pours out on us. As it is written in Romans 5:5, "Hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us." We pray that each person here feels this love, grows in intercession, and experiences God's presence more deeply each day.
We ask, in Jesus' name, that those who do not yet know Him will be drawn into a real and transformative relationship with our Lord and Savior. As Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). We pray for the salvation of souls and the growth of God's kingdom.
For all our children and the children of those praying here, we claim the promises of God. We ask for His protection, wisdom, discernment, and revelation in their lives. We pray they find freedom, restoration, and wholeness in Christ, understanding the purpose God has for them. May they maintain strong and fulfilling relationships, resisting evil influences and destructive behavior. We pray they avoid all sexual temptation and pollution, walking in purity and holiness. May they enjoy successful marriages, as God intends, and raise godly children. As it is written, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6).
For NH, we pray for protection, favor, safety, and the rebuilding of family unity. We ask that God helps NH find their niche in the work world, fulfilling the purpose God has for them. For JM, we pray for healing from heart palpitations, depression, and difficult emotions. We ask that God helps JM to eat healthily, exercise, and exercise his spiritual gifts. As the Scripture says, "The joy of the LORD is your strength" (Nehemiah 8:10).
For MB, NP, and SB, we pray for comfort, calm, and the removal of all panic and anxiety. We ask that God grant them His peace, which surpasses all understanding. As it is written, "Don’t be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7).
We close these prayers with praise and thanksgiving to our God, in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
