All charges dropped against my brother

My brother - all charges against him dropped. He is falsely accused of rape and heavy physical abuse. Rich spoiled mentaly sick woman using druggs has acused him.
No more delays concerning court meeting.
Final decision should have been released at 15.septembre and it is postponed for the next month. Corruption/bribery or to busy judges/lawyers?
