Dear Alexander, we understand that you are seeking steady work, and we are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let us first remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."
We pray, Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Alexander. We ask that You guide him to suitable employment, where he can use his talents to glorify Your name. Help him to trust in You, knowing that You have a plan and a purpose for his life. We pray that Alexander will be a light for You in his workplace, demonstrating Your love and integrity in all he does. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Alexander, as you seek employment, trust that God has a plan for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Use this time to draw closer to God, and remember that He is faithful to provide for His children.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
