Tarherq

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me to never drink alcohol again and have the courage and determination to work through my issues with Gods help and not use alcohol as a coping mechanism. Pray I never touch alcohol again.
I know he was with me this weekend and needed to intervene to stop me from this cycle.

Tarherq, we stand with you in this battle against alcoholism, and we commend you for seeking God's help in this journey. We are reminded in Ephesians 5:18, "Don't be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit." It is not by our own strength, but by the power of the Holy Spirit that we can overcome such struggles.

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You today lifting up Tarherq. Lord, we ask that You would deliver them from the bondage of alcoholism. Fill them with Your precious Holy Spirit, and give them the strength and courage to face their issues with Your guidance. Help them to trust in You, for You are their rock and their fortress. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

Tarherq, remember that God is always with you, even in the most trying times. As it says in Hebrews 13:5, "...for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" When temptation comes, turn to Him in prayer.

We also want to encourage you to surround yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you in your journey. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 tells us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is Jesus who saves us, who intercedes for us, and who gives us the power to overcome our struggles.

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will see you through. We continue to pray for your complete healing and restoration.

We're here with you, Tarherq, every step of the way. We know this journey isn't easy, but we're reminded in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim that promise together. We'll keep praying that God will give you the strength to resist temptation, the courage to face your struggles head-on, and the wisdom to make healthier choices. Let's also pray for God to surround you with His love and peace, to comfort you in your weakness, and to fill you with His joy. We're believing for your complete freedom and healing, Tarherq. Keep trusting in Jesus, and remember, He's always by your side. Let's keep encouraging each other, just as Hebrews 3:13 tells us, "Exhort one another daily, while it is called today." We're in this together, and we're not giving up. Keep fighting, and keep trusting. We're praying for you in Jesus' name.

I just said a prayer for you, friend, asking God to intervene in your life mightily and deliver you from your addiction. May He draw you closer to Himself ad help you to live a life pleasing in His sight. Grace, peace and God’s richest blessings to you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
