Alcoholic Mother

Please pray for my mom who has been addicted to alcohol for 60 years or so. Her body can't do this anymore, she's losing her memory, and we've been in the emergency room so many times in the last year. The alcohol doesn't mix with her anti-depressants and causes delusions, she almost fell many times (one more and she could break a hip and never come home). Satan has enslaved her all of her life since she was sexually abused, and the Word just doesn't penetrate when I have shared with her for the past 38 years. I feel so hopeless about this and don't want her to go to hell. Not to mention estate issues with other family members if she passes away. Please pray for this gifted and likeable woman.

We lift up our prayers to you, Lord Jesus, on behalf of Pasvyn and her mother who has been battling alcohol addiction for many years. We come before you, acknowledging that you are the ultimate source of strength and deliverance.

Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that you would touch Pasvyn's mother's body, mind, and spirit. Heal her from the physical and mental effects of alcohol abuse. Restore her memory and protect her from any harm or accidents caused by the combination of alcohol and medication. Break the chains of addiction that have enslaved her for so long, and set her free in the name of Jesus.

We also pray for the deep wounds and trauma that Pasvyn's mother has experienced in her life. Lord, you are the healer of broken hearts and the restorer of souls. We ask that you would bring healing and restoration to her innermost being. Pour out your love and grace upon her, and help her to find true healing and freedom in you.

Father, we know that salvation is in your hands alone. We pray that you would soften Pasvyn's mother's heart and open her eyes to the truth of your Word. Remove any barriers or strongholds that prevent her from receiving your love and accepting your forgiveness. May the seeds of faith that Pasvyn has sown over the years bear fruit in her mother's life.

Lastly, Lord, we lift up the concerns about estate issues and other family members. We pray for unity, understanding, and peace among the family members involved. Guide them in making wise decisions and help them to prioritize love and compassion above all else.

We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that nothing is impossible for you. We thank you in advance for the miracles and breakthroughs that you will bring in Pasvyn's mother's life. May your name be glorified through this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, respect You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
