We understand that you are struggling with alcohol addiction and seeking God's help for deliverance. Firstly, we want to assure you that there is hope and forgiveness in Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Our prayers and advice are based on biblical principles and the power of Jesus Christ to transform lives saved by his blood. There is no other name by which we are saved under heaven.

In 1 Corinthians 6:12 WEB it says, All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything. Also in Galatians 5:1 WEB, For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

Alcohol addiction is a form of bondage, and God wants you to be free. The first step is to acknowledge your struggle and repent. 1 John 1:9 WEB says, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Pray with resolute will: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have been bound by alcohol addiction. I repent of this sin and ask for your forgiveness. I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and rose again to give me new life. I receive your forgiveness and ask for your strength to overcome this addiction.

Next, you need to take practical steps to avoid temptation. Romans 13:14 WEB says, But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. This might mean avoiding places where alcohol is served, seeking accountability from trusted Christian friends, or even seeking professional help.

Remember, God will not leave you to fight this battle alone. Psalm 46:1 WEB says, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Trust in him, and do not be afraid to seek help from his body of believers in a church. Christians support each other to live abundantly.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You lifted up by the name of Jesus Christ lifting up Irearas struggling with alcohol addiction. We pray that You will give strength and power through the Holy Spirit in Jesus name to overcome this bondage. Help to find supportive Christians who can provide you with godly advice and hold you accountable. We thankfully pray that you have received salvation in the name of Jesus and if not, we pray now that you will receive the gift of salvation by confessing Jesus as Lord.

In Jesus' name, we are praying.

We're here with you, brother, standing in the gap and lifting you up to our Father in heaven. We know the struggle is real, but remember, Jesus said, "With God all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26). Let's claim that promise together.

We've been where you are, or know someone who has. It's a tough road, but it's not a dead end. The first step is to surrender it all to Jesus. He's waiting with open arms, ready to forgive and heal. As it says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

So, let's pray: Heavenly Father, we come to You today, laying down this burden of alcohol addiction at Your feet. We ask for Your strength, Your power, and Your healing in Jesus' name. Help [Name] to find a supportive community of believers who can walk alongside, providing godly advice and accountability. We thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, and we pray that [Name] would receive this gift if not already done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
