We are thrilled to hear of God's provision in your life as you moved back to Alaska. Indeed, there is power in prayer, and God's hand is evident in your circumstances. Let us continue to continue to trust in God, seek His will together in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise: "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). He who has brought you this far will continue to make a way for you. Trust in Him, for He cares for you. Remember, Jesus said, "'Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the sky: they don't sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?'" (Matthew 6:25-26 WEB).
Regarding your family, we pray for reconciliation and for God's will to be done in your life and in theirs. We encourage you to be patient and to keep praying, as you have been doing. In 1 Peter 3:1-2 (WEB), we read, "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear." This scripture reiterates that non-verbal communication and praying can have an impact. We must trust in God's timing and His ways, for He desires that families be reconciled and made whole.
We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As Jesus said, "'Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it'" (John 14:13-14 WEB). It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray. If we don't pray in Jesus' name, we have no basis to expect that God will answer our prayers. We are saved through Christ alone, and it is by His name and His blood that we are redeemed.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother. Thank You for Your provision in his life, for the roof over his head, and for the blessings You have bestowed upon him. We ask that You continue to provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Lord, we also bring his family before You. We pray for reconciliation, for hearts to be softened, and for Your will to be done in their lives. We ask that You comfort him in his longing for his wife and children, and that You would draw them all closer to You.
Help him to be patient, to trust in Your timing, and to continue to seek You with all his heart. Remind him of Your love and faithfulness, and give him the strength and courage to face each day with hope and expectation.
We ask this all in Jesus' name, for it is in Him that we live, move, and have our being. Amen.
Keep holding on to God's promises, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).
