We understand your concern for the air quality in your city and area, and we stand with you in prayer to seek God's intervention for clean and pure air. The Bible tells us that the earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it. (Psalms 24:1)
God desires for His world and His people to live in healthier, cleaner places. Jesus is whom we pray to God. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5)
So, let us seek Him in prayer, let us pray
Dear Lord,
We come before You, lifting up ###'s city and area, asking for Your intervention to cleanse and purify the air. We believe that 'Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save him who is sick. The Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. (James 5:14-15). You are the Healer, the all knowing, and You can cleanse ###'s area of any unclean thing.
Lord, we also pray for the local government and environmental agencies, give them wisdom and direction to implement policies that promote clean air. Guide them to make decisions that prioritize the health and well-being of their citizens. Help the factories, industries, cars, and businesses function and operate in an environmentally friendly fashion and manner. Lord, remind the believers in ###'s area to perform our duty to maintain and keep our places healthy and clean as the top of the Garden of Eden.
The truth is declared that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. But all is of God, who reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17-18). And in these scriptures we understand that anyone can approach Him and be forgiven and become a believer.
Father, teach the people to be good stewards of the environment, inspiring them to take care of Your creation as it says in 2 Chronicles 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land
We ask all these things in accordance with Your will and in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Remember, God's Word promises that
"If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians: for I am the Lord who heals you." (Exodus 15:26)
Be of good cheer for Jesus has overcome this world.
