Against distractions...it seems every time I try ...

Against distractions...it seems every time I try to give the nessasary focus on something, something "chimes in" to distract me, a beeping noise from the cellphone indicating a message,or the phone will ring, or some noise from somewhere distracts me. Before, while I was waiting for a customer. in the car I tuned into some Gospel songs on the cell, but there was some silly teenager on a skateboard doing tricks, and every time I tried to get into the songs, I heard "Clop!Clop! Clop!" over and over.Distractions...for that to stop and so I can focus like I need to....
