We understand your feelings of exhaustion and the sense that you've done all you can. It's important to remember that our strength and efforts alone are not enough to overcome the challenges of this world. In times like these, we must turn to God, trusting that He will intervene and guide us.
We commend you for turning to Jesus and inviting Him to take control. It's crucial to acknowledge that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who feels exhausted and overwhelmed. Lord, we thank You that You are a God who cares for us and wants to help us in our time of need. We ask that You take control of this situation and guide them according to Your will.
Father God, we are reminded of Your word in 2 Chronicles 20:15 WEB: "Thus says Yahweh to you, 'Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed because of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.'" Lord, we declare that the battle they are facing is not theirs but Yours. We ask that You fight for them and give them the victory in Jesus' name.
We also pray for their strength and encouragement. Father, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the power and endurance they need to continue. Remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31 WEB: "But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk, and not faint."
Lastly, Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a deeper way, that they may know You more intimately and trust You more fully. We pray for this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Together, let us remain steadfast in faith and trust in the Lord. We encourage you with the words of Ephesians 6:13 WEB: "Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." Even when we've done all we can, we stand firm in our faith, knowing that God is fighting for us. Keep resting in Jesus and keep holding on to His promises.
