I am a citizen of The Fiji Islands and I have an offshore checking account with MSI Financial Services Bank in The United States of America. My Attorney at Combee Law Firm needs to apply to the Florida County Court for a legal document called The Affidavit of Claims to give the MSI Financial Services Bank the authorization to uplift the RESTRICTIONS on my checking account to transfer funds to my account in Fiji.
